Front-line representation to the public in the new City of Woodstock Art Gallery. Responsible for assisting the Curator, Education Officer and Registrar and acting as a liaison between the public, volunteers and staff. Various duties include: intake of artist’s submissions for exhibits, membership database management, marketing material designs, managing the website via CMS, social media marketing, digital photo editing of exhibits and events using Photoshop, selecting submissions for gift shop merchandise and various administrative duties such as balancing weekly cash deposits and reporting revenue to the city of Woodstock.

1st Season, Summer 2012, Airing September 2012-2013
Host of community television program PoP Oxford where I was responsible for interviewing and speaking with artistic members of the Oxford County community. For this season, we filmed 13, 30-minute episodes where I would have to direct the guest on camera and deliver engaging interviews while meeting strict segment timelines and following direction from the producers. Prior to each episode, I would have to research and write interview questions and key points of interest in order to maintain the engagement of each guest and fill their time slot effectively.

Coordinated the design phases of new home construction by researching design trends and liaising with suppliers, hiring trades and coordinating the build process. Responsible for making interior selections of cabinetry, flooring, lighting and colours and exterior selections of brick, siding, stone, stucco etc. Responsible for verifying site conditions and laying out cabinetry and electrical on site as well as being available at all times to answer questions from mechanical to plumbing. Created hand and computer generated full colour renderings for marketing and conceptual presentation of current model homes, used in sales centre and marketing materials. Created custom homes and blueprints for clients. Re-branded the company in 2008 with a new more sophisticated look/logo, re-designed and managed the new website (nominated for LHBA best new website award) and created marketing materials used by sales staff. Also managed custom building projects from design to execution by creating preliminary blueprints and obtaining quotes, managing trades and verifying site conditions. Specialized in unique, eye-catching homes on tight budgets.

Design assistant for season 6 & 7 of the television show, Divine Design with Candice Olson. Duties included dressing rooms for final reveal, running errands, setting up furniture, prepping accessories and props, assisting design and camera crews, performing site measures, creating base plan drawings and perspective drawings as well as managing the “Where Candice Shops” portion of the Divine website which tracked every item used in a design.
